I was excited to Q The Earl as it has been a while since I’ve made it back to Pittsboro. It was disappointing to see NO ONE there at 5:30… until I realized that the start time is 5:45. Damn, early for the Earl. I used the time to scout out the area and found a nice parking lot that we’d later use for some movements. At start time, seven of us found our way to Page Vernon Park.

COT: Reflecting on posting outside of Churham, I went to an F3 workout in Mooresville, NC in March and had an absolute blast. Showed up and immediately felt the 2nd F. Pittsboro is a part of Churham, but in some sense, I felt like I had traveled south from Canada to get here. Nonetheless, the strong feeling brotherhood and fellowship was the same. Great crew at The Earl. Take that forward into the day and identify others who might benefit from F3. Apply the headlock! Aye!
