Each set has ascending # of reps 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Then back down the ladder 9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Mosey to the touch line for Shuttle Runs:

Touch line to 18 and back, to mid field and back, to full field and back

Plank and wait

Touch line to 18 twice, to mid field twice, and back
