Ok so the end of the Trip-Nip has come. It really was not a planned trip-nip. It just kinda happened. So here is what we did.

Warm-up

The usual and a couple other things. We did arm circles but instead of going forward first we went in reverse. Life Changing. @buffay was late but that was not a big surprise. At least he showed up. @ nickleback fartsacked (some excuse about a heavy ruck) like I care. I was trip-nip day. @cortez was there but he decided not to work out and instead prepare for his ruck by napping in his car for 40 minutes until we were done. OK I am a little off course now. Back to the workout

The Thang

In honor of my M’s (Q-tip) 40th birthday we decided to do things that were about her. OK I decided it but everyone agreed we should. Her favorite food is crab legs so we honored her by going to the lowest parking deck level and crab walking up to the next level. We did multiple versions including forward, backward, and fiddler. After that I told PAX about how Q-tip hates jumps so we did 40 jumps to touch the cross beams of the deck. Then all PAX did some ricky bobby over to the court house square where YHC told PAX that he let Q-tip pick 4 exercises for 4 couners. Q-tip choose burpees, tuck jumps, flutters, and monkey humpers. PAX did 2 sets of each. We then mosied to the smokers lounge and did 40 dips and 40 squats. We then did more ricky bobby back to the deck where we did Mary
