YHC celebrated the big five-oh a couple days ago so I decided to share my good fortune with my brothers in the gloom by pushing our limits deconstructing an eight count Manmaker.
Warm Up: 10 IC Windmill, 10 IC Hill Billy, 10 IC Arm Circle/Reverse Arm Circle, 10 IC WMH & 10 IC Imperial Walker
Main Event: 50 Merkins, run a lap around bus parking lot loop. 50 Thrusters, run a lap. 50 Jump Squats, run a lap. 50 Burpees, run a lap. 50 Plank Jacks, run a lap. 50 Manmakers, run a lap.
Mary: 50 LBC’s, 50 IC Side Shuffle Hop
