It was a nice cool morning for YHC’s Virgin Vortex Q. There are some great routine’s available on the f3nation website to choose from, and today the cursor stopped on “Charles Bronson”. Still not sure what the reference is…maybe he used a 50 cal (is that a thing)?
Warm Up
Run around the fields.
Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles (and Reverse), Mountain Climbers, some plank stretching to open the hips
The Thang- Charles Bronson
PAX start on the end line of the soccer field, perform 50 reps of an exercise, sprint to far end of the field, bear crawl back to that side’s 18, and then mosey home. Rinse/repeat with different exercises.
Set 1- SSH
Set 2- Merkins
Set 3- LBCs
Set 4- Burpees
Set 5- Jump Squats
Set 6- Heels to Heaven
Set 7- Body Weight Squats
Cool down with a fellowship jog back around the fields
