40th birthday Q

So here is the deal.  YHC decided that on his 40th birthday he was going to Q Thin Blue Line because, well why not.  It seemed like a great idea while sitting on the couch one night.  But then Friday night rolled around and YHC had nothing planned.  So about 11:30 YHC came up with the idea for “The Lap”.

Warm-up

Fellowship lap around the field then 10 smurf jacks, plank jacks, LBAC, WMHs, Maktars

The Thang

Mosied to the hill and duck walk half way then sprint to the top.  4o dips on the rail at the top.  Lunge walk down to the school and mosey to the track.

YHC then explained that there were 10 stations around the track marked by white papers with different exercises on them.  PAX had a choice to bear crawl, lunge walk, or sprint to each station then do 40 of each exercise once there.  PAX done first would be picking up the 6 and could only crawl bear to move after that.  Thus the reward for finishing first was the crawl bear.  With that all PAX began “the lap”.  Some of the exercises were simple like high knees, or smurf jacks.  Some were hard like plank jacks or maktar N’dyies.  But the worst was the 40 burpee finish at the end.  @floyd complained a lot and @lowtide smoked us all.  After finishing the lap by doing 10 burpees together we mosied by to the hill and sprinted up, jogged down and circled up on the field for mary.

Mary was the Alphabet and 41 LBCs
