It absolutely blew YHC away to see the turnout this AM. 29 PAX strolled up hankering for a beat down, so that’s what they got.

Warm up:

  • 25 x SSH
  • 20 x IW
  • 10 x WMH
  • 10 x GM
  • 15 LBAC & RLBAC
  • 25 x Overhead Claps

The Thang:

PAX moseyed over to the bottom of the hill where they sprinted to the top and held plank until all arrived. PAX then lunge walked to the bus parking lot where an even bigger surprised awaited them.

What was originally planed on the track (which, when I arrived earlier to set up and found that it was in fact gated and locked up), ended up being done in the bus parking lot. After breaking up into four groups, PAX were assigned to one of four stations around the lot to complete a designated exercise as a group in hopes of catching up with the group in front of them. A classic Catch Me If You Can. PAX completed around three cycles before meeting at the final station, where we as a group knocked out 10 Jump Squats.

PAX moseyed back to the light pole at the edge of the lot, where they walked lunged halfway before alternating between high-knee and butt-kickers to the stop sign at the top of the hill.

PAX grabbed some rail and completed the following.

  • 20 x Dips
  • 15 x Erkins
  • 10 x Derkins
  • 15 x Dips
  • 10 x Erkins
  • 5 x Derkins

PAX moseyed to the rock pile where YHC handed the reins to Mr. Brady, where the real hurt was about to go down.

Everyone grabbed a two-handed rock and went through what seemed to be endless cycles of overhead presses, curls, overhead claps, seal claps, bent over rows, and merkins.

Mary

PAX circled around the basketball court for Mary.

  • 20 x LBCs
  • 20 x HTH
  • 20 x Box Cutters
  • 20 x Flutter Kicks

Announcements:

Adolphus brought up a good point that, while F3 Churham has grown exponentially over the years (upwards of 800 PAX on Slack), we all have men in our lives who would benefit from the fellowship and fitness that F3 offers. Even if it’s men who have come out before a few times and got sidetracked with work, family, or personal matters. If someone comes to mind, or you notice someone has been absent from F3 for a while, reach out to them and let them know you’re thinking about them and what you could possible do from them.

YHC’s 2 year F3 anniversary was this AM and couldn’t have asked for a better turnout! Kudos to my uncle, Mr. Brady for bringing me out then, and then having my back again this AM.

Funny Money’s 5 year F3 anniversary is next week and will be Q’ing at the Bullpen (8/1) to celebrate. Come out and show your support at this great AO for an even greater man!

The Bull, 10/26 so clear your calendars!

Effective this month YHC became one of the Site Qs of TBL, with Mr. Brady serving as the temporary site Q until another can be found. If you feel led to share in that responsibility, message me on Slack.

YHC also added the Q sheet on the #thinblueline channel to make it more accessable to Q. I’d be more than happy to split a Q if need be.

Crockett, our unofficial/official chaplain of F3 Churham took us out.
