The Thang: Mosey to the momolith by the pond and pair up. One of the pair will start runnung anti-clock wise around the pond as his bear chases after him until the runner catches up with his bear. Everyone does 5 Burpees and switches. Continue all the way around the pond. Mosey to the play ground where each pair did a combined 40 pullups. Mosey to the shelter. 20 dips, 20 derkins, 20 Bulgarian split squats (20 each leg), repeat. Mosey to the basketball court for DORA. Partner 1 starts 100 WWIIs while partner 2 runs suicides. Switch until reaching100 WWIIs. Ito’s thing: heels against the fence in plank position then walk feet up the fence to shoulder height. 5 merkins. Walk feet up to BTTW and hold for 10 count then walk back down to level plank. 10 merkins and recover. Repeat. Thank you Ito. COT:remembering two grand mothers: When I would visit one she always fed me cookies, cakes, or even a full meal. When I visited the other grandmother she always talked to me and fed me on philosophy of life. She always finished with “It’s a great game, remember who you are”. I remember that as we all should. Are we striving to be the best members of humanity that we can be: generous, giving, caring? Remember who we are.
