YHC thought it was time to bring a classic westend beat down back into the mix. With only 6 HC’s we rounded out the morning with 14 PAX.

Main Event
We were on top of the deck so a mosey was in order back to the bottom. 10 burpees for unnecessary mummblechatter. Mosey out of deck to grab some curb. 20 IC toe touches. Mosey to start of greenway. Grab some more curb for 15 IC toe touches. Mosey greenway to South Green. PAX each took a curb and we did some 11’s. One side was toe touches the other was Mike Tysons. Mosey to bottom of Old Pittsboro road. Mosey up to Greensboro. YHC had dropped some glow sticks along the way. Much to the dismay of Spam. Once at the top we moseyed back to the bottom. 4 glow sticks. 4 runs. Start at 20% to first stick. Once at stick LBC’s until last man pulls up for a 10 count. Repeat all the way to the top, while increasing effort all the way to AYG.
Mosey back to AO. Did 4x4x4’s. 4 corner with a 4 min timer. First corner is tuck jumps, second is plyo merkins, third is squat jumps, fourth is drydocks. AMRAP for 4 min.
Head back for Mary. 5 IC count flutter ring of fire. Lots of grumbling.
