Main Event (The Thang)
Run through beautiful Parkwood at first light. PAX stopped at two intersections to do merkins (pearls on a string, gentlemen). Destination: Sedwick Park, next to Parkwood Lake.
10 burpees OYO on the basketball court
5 pull ups
Full set of monkey bars (including rings)
Split squats (one legged squats with other leg on the bench behind you) x 20 each leg
Climb over monkey bars set (like a wall). Great teamwork at this point.
Dips on parallel bars
Swerkins
Bear crawl up hill
Heals to Heaven on top of hill x 10
Crawl bear back down (really a slide bear in the dew)
Back to burpees.
Everyone completed 1.25 laps before it was time to run back to The Piranha. Some PAX didn’t get that second round of burpees 🙁
During the run back, did sprints between light posts.

FNG Andy avoided the name StinkyPete (“Thank goodness that was taken” is what I’m sure he was thinking) and received the very respectable name SlinkyDog (of Toy Story fame).
