I got an invite from Count many moons ago. I honestly forgot until a couple weeks ago. I had an idea brewing of some sort of Suicide route minus the running so away we went.

PAX took a warm up mosey around the lot and into the rear parking lot where YHC had previously setup some cones ~5yds apart. PAX were instructed to grab a coupon and the fun began.
5YD Line Murder bunny and 5 Blockees then Murder Bunny Back
10 YD Line Gorilla walk and 10 perfect then merkins Gorilla walk back
15YD Line Lunge walk and 15 Squats then Lunge walk back
20YD Line Overhead Carry and 20 KB swings then Overhead Carry back
25YD Line Bunny Hop and 25 Monkey Humpers then Bunny Hop back
30YD Line Bear Crawl and 30 Dry-docks then Crawl Bear Back
60~YD Line run and 50 SC LBC and Run back
This was all done in a suicide run fashion and each yardage began with the Murder Bunny which seemed to be a crowd favorite.
