Call and Response Mosey to blocks – Call and Response is we start moseying and at anytime PAX are encouraged to call halt, call an exercise for 30 seconds or so, and then hit the road again. Of course before we hit 3 steps Cardiac calls 10 Burpees OYO – did we really expect anything less?
EC site was called for pull-up, then the circle for Baby Hurleys (more on that later), then flutter kicks, then something I forgot before we arrived at the blocks.

We lined up at the bottom of the parking lot in pairs. One PAX pair does Caleb Loves, while the other bear crawls to top of that lot and jogs back (short distance warm up). Why Caleb Loves? Well because now that Caleb Love owns DOOK both in Cameron, in the Final Four, and in Coach K's mind Bobby Hurleys are now Caleb Loves.

Rinse & Repeat – but with the speed round meaning only three exercises repeated.

We were gonna miss our blocks so we hugged them tight and lunged walk back to put them away.

Call and Response Mosey to circle – hmmmm, mosey humpers, and then a sprint to the circle. Max Power shared his F3 story with the PAX highlighted both YHC and F3 OG 2ply.

Then burpee in and burpee out. 5 burpees OYO

Bottom of the hill. Crawl Bear to the first opening then job back.

Call and Response Mosey to Startex – this was merkins, dips, then a pause at EC location to have the origin of the Botched1000 be told. OPEC graciously offered up that Botched would complete 1000 burpees if the Falcon Q sheet could be filled in 24 hours. PAX responded and 5 hours later Botched said WTF. He has been crushing 100 Burpees DURING the EC workout every Friday. Next week he completes his final 100 and all are encouraged to attend!!
