Warm up:
* Side shuffle hop, mountain climbers, michael phelps, deep front lunge stretch hold for count of 10 on left leg , then switch and same on right leg. Plank position and stretch calves for a count of 10 on left, then switch and stretch right calve,
Main Event:
* Partner up and wheel barrel race half way around parking lot, switch half way and other partner does wheel barrel race back to start.
* Mosey over to pull up bars. Partner up and partner 1 does 8 burpees while partner 2 does pull ups. Switch & partner 2 does 8 burpees & partner 1 does pull ups. Rinse & repeat with 6 burpees and chin ups. Rinse & repeat with 6 burpees and knee ups.
* Mosey to bottom of hill over by pickle ball courts. Same partners, one partner at time take partner up hill piggy back to top of pond. Mosey back down and switch with partner & piggy back up again to top of hill. Mosey over to far side of hill. Do 10 in cadence overhead seal clap combos. Mosey down hill. Partner 1 does bonny blaires while partner 2 bear crawls up the hill and then crawl bears back to bottom of hill. Switch and partner partner 2 does bonny blaires and partner 1 bear crawls up and crawl bears back down to bottom of hill. Mosey over to Pavillion.
* 15 in cadence step ups, 15 in cadence dips, 10 Dirkens, 15 in cadence dips, 10 irkens, 15 in cadence dips. Mosey back to start.

* Ring of fire Mary starting with Nitro and his super power ab workout, then around till time up.
