Our traveling AO settled again in downtown Hillsborough so we decided to stay and enjoy its peaceful, quiet , historic settings this fine morning

Mosey to grass accross Churton St
Group Suicide completed to finalize Warmarama
(Course set up with cones at approx 15yrds, 25 yds, 40yds & 55 yds)
The THANG – “Doracide”
PAX paired up in order to complete our Doracide
1 PAX was completing our exercise while the other was on our suicide course.
Collectively each pair had to complete 200 Merkins, 300 Squats & 400 (single count) Flutterkicks.
To add to the difficulty level of our suicide running, anytime we went down range we ran backwards. Anytime we were returning to our partner we ran forwards.
We ended with some fire hydrants & mule kicks to fire up the glutes and some Up & Overs to finish it all off
And just like that our time was over….
