THE THANG:
Mosey up to the blocks for a leg and arm focused set of exercises…
Colt 45s, Bolt 45s, Lunges (10 each leg forward/reverse), Weighted Homer to Marge (20), Squats (20), Curls (20), Deadlift (10), One legged Deadlift (10 each leg)
Return blocks and head back to start for a quick Mary interlude:
Big Boy Sit Ups 2 sets of 10, 3 second down/1 second up, then 1 second down, 3 seconds up. Frozen Freddies (slow/tempo count freddie mercuries).
Mosey to the front of the school to the benches for a bulgarian split squat circuit (10 reps each leg, each exercise, only 5 reps/leg for the low position hold): Regular, pulsing (at the bottom of the squat), Jumping (with the front foot on the up movement), and 5 second hold in the low position.
Head back the entrance road for a failed attempt at a mike tyson burpee, which YHC forgot the exact form.
Head back to start for a single Jumping Spider before mary.
MARY:
Homer to Marge circuit (10 regular, 10 left leg elevated, 10 right leg elevated, 10 marching (4 count, alternating legs, so 5 per side). Stretching.
