THE THANG: Mosey to parking deck Floor 0.
1. Partner exercise. 100 glute bridge walk outs. 200 air presses. 300 toe taps. Mode of Travel: duck walk, karaoke.
2. Travel from Floor 0 to Floor 5. Unique exercise on each flat section per Floor. Unique mode of travel on each graded section per Floor. Reps determined by @FatTire rolling a 20 sided dice.
Floor 0 – 1. Exercise: Single count burpees. Mode of Travel: Lunge Walk.
Floor 1 – 2. Exercise: Cadence count squats. Mode of Travel: Bear Crawl.
Floor 2 – 3. Exercise: Cadence count Mike Tysons. Mode of Travel: Mario Jump.
Floor 3 – 4. Exercise: Single count Diamond merkins. Mode of Travel: Open the Gate.
Floor 4 – 5. Exercise: Cadence count calf raises. Mode of Travel: Close the Gate.
3. Recovery walk down stairs to Floor 0.
4. Repeat Steps 1. and 2.

Rolling the dice to determine the rep count during the workout represents the uncertainties in life that we have no control over. We have to learn to deal with these uncontrollables by emphasizing the things in life that we do have control over. I find a lot of support with my own life struggles through being vulnerable with other HIMs after workouts by opening up and being vulnerable. I challenge you to open up to a trusted PAX next week about the burdens you're holding on to.
And as suggested by book 7 of the Terminal List book series: "Don't let the old man in."
