Fall is YHC's favorite season. I love the cooler weather. It was good to be back at Farmboys.
Warmup: SSH, WMH, IW, HB, ACs, OC, MC, PP and fellowship lap.
The Thang: Reps of 5
PAX together did 10 reps each of 5 different exercises (some IC and some single count) 5x, travelling across the grass and back between each set of 5.
First Round: Johnny Dramas, Slow Squats, WWIIs, merkins, and dry docks. Mode of travel was mosey and Bernie Sanders back.
2nd Round: Bulgarian dead lift; Alternating lunges, LBCs, hand release merkins, and air press. Mode of travel was karaoke.
