While thinking about what workout to bring to the DR crew, something that perhaps they haven't seen before, at least not to this extent, YHC recalled a routine Cardiac did many years ago at Tobacco Road. ( https://f3churham.com/sally-and-moby-are-jerks/ )
We recreated with blocks instead of rocks, and sadly, there was no Floyd to provide what must have been epic mumblechatter.
WARMUP:
5 Burpees (because it's a Cardiac workout, of course)
Side Shuffle Hop (20 IC), LBACs (10 IC forward/reverse), Imperial Walker (10 IC).

THE THANG:
Mosey to the blocks, and bring up to the little courtyard/atrium/intersection with the half walls across the street from the garage on the way to the track.

Consensus seems to be the merkins are the worst, the homer to marges are sneaky hamstring killers, calf raises take a bit to recover from.
8 Exercises all done to "Bring Sally Up"
1) Merkins
2) Homer to Marge w/feet on the wall
3) Shoulder Press with Rock
4) Squat with Rock
5) Body Weight Row
6) Calf Raises on the Wall
7) Curls with the rock

Return blocks, then head back to startex for the 8th exercise.
But we had a little extra time so before the Mary Bring Sally Up, we did 20 burpees (again, because Cardiac…).
MARY:
6' hold to vertical done to Bring Sally Up (shoot, we forgot the 10 WWIIs immediately after the song ends).
