YHC noted to the group that Max had jumped ahead by two exercises, and he prompted informed us that, in fact, he thinks the Imperial Walker (and the Hillbilly!) is pointless. THE THANG:
Grab a block, but leave them briefly for:
Jack Jack Webbs – A Jack Webb with a Plank Jack following the Merkin. Example of a 2 count would be DOWN (Merkin), JACK (Plank Jack), "ONE" DOWN (Merkin), JACK (Plank Jack), "TWO", then onto your knees for the count of shoulder presses or over the head claps (2 COUNT). Ascending count to 5 and back down.
While we're not sure if he thought it was a good routine, we did learn Max thought a JACK JACK JACK WEBB would be a good workout routine. Back at the blocks we discussed how to make an imperial block walker hillbilly especially just for Max. He was not impressed, nor honored. To the chagrin of at least YHC, if not all in attendance.
But we carried on!

Top shelf – bicep curl w/OH press
Squat w/block
Colt 45s (15 bottom half range of motion, 15 top half range of motion, 15 full range of motion bicep curls).

Blocko Motor City Shuffle – With Cinder Block In Hand, Lunge with OH Press x2, First Part of Blockee, Merkins on block x5, Plank Jacks on block x5, second Part of Blockee (thruster), squat, murder bunny x1 forward = 1 Rep! We did 5.

NEMO – blockee and a get up mixed together. It's silly, but fun, for me.

Bring blocks back to far end of parking lot for All About The Benjamins – Similar to 11's, however each part equals 100, that's why "the Benjamins". This is OYO and the Q can use the exercises of choice, but the suggested exercises are with a coupon, 25 Curls for the Girls, 25 Walking Lunges (with/without coupon – PAX choice), 25 Squats, 25 Walking Lunges (with/without coupon – PAX choice), 25 Overhead Press, 25 Walking Lunges (with/without coupon – PAX choice), 25 Mountain Climbers, 25 Walking Lunges back (with/without coupon – PAX choice).
Return blocks and head back to start.
