I promised a Tour de Durham because it’s one of my favorite things about being downtown, but as I thought about our recent Q soup I remembered Funyun’s impromptu use of stairs we had never used. So really this is going to be a Tour des Escaliers de Durham.
Warmarama- tie fighters, reverse LBAC, harvester, WMH, mountain climbers slow to fast, low plank hold ROF
Thang- mosey to the following stairs and do the following movements:
1. Geerhouse: Freshly built! Single leg hops, 5 squats OYO between flights
2. Speaking of flights, Fullsteam seat wall: box jumps
3. Skate park steps: both leg hops single step then 2, 3, etc
4. PAX reminded me we were near the old ao location. 5 burpees! #bullpenisforever
5. Morgan Rigsbee Parking deck stairs: plank at bottom, sprint all the way up
6. Intermission: top of deck workout- 7’s with merkins and monkey humpers IC
7. Carolina Theater: on big wall: step ups, derkins (slow cadence), dips, 2x.
The plan was to do 2 more stairs but we were low on time and just had to mosey past them pointing out what could have been. Mumblechatter about 90s hits that were played on repeat too often: waterfalls, opposites attract, a couple others I can’t remember, and no one knew more than words even though I sang it while running back to startex. Sheesh.

2. Glass jug stairs: whatever Funyun did?
