Warm up:
SSH, WMH, IPW, Michael Phelps

We weren’t all the way warm so we started a jump rope game. In teams of two, one pax jumped rope and the other did the people’s chair. When the jumper messed up, they switched and did a Merkin. The goal was to get to 250. It was quickly discovered that @montecristo was a bouncing bulldog alumni and never messed up. The rest of the PAX weren’t too bad either.

We then took the long way to get to the 9/11 memorial downtown with a mix of burpees, merkins, jump lunges, and air squats.

At the memorial @cousinvinny found some water jugs we used to carry around the circle while each PAX called out an exercise for the others to do.

Finished with the long way back to the AO, little more jump rope and some Asheville abs.
