• Run 600 meters
• 10 Burpees
• 23 V-Ups
• 20 Hand-Release Merkins
• 20 Jump Squats
• 10 Burpees
• 23 V-Ups
• 20 Hand-Release Merkins
• 20 Jump Squats
Rinse and Repeat.
For Shits & Gigs, then ran another 600 meters and did 5 Burpees, 12 V-Ups, 10 HRM, and 10 Jump Squats.

Discipline is the self-control that is gained by requiring that rules or orders be obeyed, and the ability to keep working at something that is difficult. Focusing on creativity or wants is great, but sometimes we just have to do the work. I know that I’ve certainly let my own discipline slip lately. Thank you for helping me get it realigned.
