Start in front leaning rest (aka plank)
1. Rock back onto your feet
2. Return to front leaning rest
3. Down part of merkin
4. Up part of merkin
5. One hand to the sky
6. Kick opposite leg through, rockette style
7. Return leg
8. Return raised hand (i.e., back to front leaning rest)
