1- This will be the counter and will switch when this station is complete
10X of: inchworm out to plank > 4X mountain climber strides > inchworm back to standing > tuck jump (this sequence equals 1 rep)
2- Prison squats
3- Swerkins
4- Deadhangs (or pullups to up-modify)
After all PAX have rotated thru all 4 stations the whole group bear crawled down entrance rd, lunge walked back, then 5 burpees
The PAX repeated this a 2nd time but 5 reps of the Station 1 exercise
