Following up on @Vice's great "Dad Said Hold It At The Jag" we started the workout at the Earl with some Arm workout.

Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:

Mosey to rock pile for Arms workout
Colt 45 – pick a 25lb stone
1. lower half of curl for 15 ct
2. coupon hold for 15 ct
3. Michael Phelps for 10 ct
4. upper half of curl for 15 ct
5. coupon hold for 15 ct
6. Michael Phelps for 10 ct
7. Full curl for 15 count
8. coupon hold for 15 ct
9. Michael Phelps for 10 ct
10. lap the building to recover
Grave Diggers for 15 ct
1. Start standing with feet shoulder width apart and straddling a coupon. Bend over and grab coupon and lift it up and over the right shoulder until the coupon is by your right ear. Then return the coupon between your feet. Repeat on left side. This is easily completed as a 4-count exercise.
2. lap the building to recover
Hernia
1. The Hernia is a V-Up using a Coupon. Lying flat on your back, stretching arms above your head flat on the ground with coupon. Do a standard V-Up and bring coupon to toes in one motion. Careful to not hit shins. This works the full lower Abs, Lats, and triceps. Named after a Pax mentioned that it was going to cause a hernia!

RINSE & REPEAT all three one more time

Mosey to hill by Hardees
1. Stop at corner for box jumps set of 20
2. ElJefe called for a set of triceps dips
Continue to bottom of hill for Jacobs Ladder
1. bottom of hill 6 burpees
2. Bernie Sanders up the hill
3. top of hill 1 merkin
4. crawl bear down hill (jog, lunge, mosey, roll [Gerald Ford])
5. repeat, decrementing ct at bottom and incrementing ct at top
