First off, I did the PAX list by memory and think I got it all — to me that might be the most impressive thing about the entire Q.

Last year around this time I Q'd Bastille with a Giannis Antetakoumpo inspired theme to celebrate his NBA championship.
This year it is all about the Warriors and the Celtics
And next year let's hope for the Knicks (not bloody likely)

We moseyed over to the basketball courts

Warmarama
SSH x 20
WMH x 10
Windmills x 10
Squats x 10
Arm Circles (f+B) x 10 each
Mountain Climbers x 10

Everyone stepped back to the end lines of the bball courts and the workout began

The Thang
Since game 1 concluded last night we started with 1 lap around the courts returning to starting position.
Each round thereafter began with a lap and included a new exercise and all of the previous exercises

The Exercises were as follows:
Round 1 – Warriors have 6 NBA Championships = 6 Burpees
Round 2 – Warriors last NBA Championship 2018 = 18 WW2
Round 3 – Celtics have 17 NBA Championships = 17 Merkins
Round 4 – Celtics won 8 straight from 1959-66 = 8 Jump Squats
Round 5 – Celtics last NBA Championship was 2008 = 8 Absolution (8 counts)
Round 6 – Steph Curry has a career Championship PPG average of 27 points = 27 LBCs (in cadence)
Round 7 – The last time the Warriors and Celtics met in the NBA Championship was 1964 = 64 Cadence Count Shoulder Blast (Keep 'em up) – 16 OH Claps, 16 Seal Claps, 16 Shoulder Press, 16 Michael Phelps

Ran one last lap to book end the workout

Added 40 Cadence Count Flutters to finish it off

Announcement
Laces Out spewed something about an Usher workout — not sure if that is to entice people to show up or scare them to Animal House or West End in two Fridays
Quarterly Report will be at The Battering Ram (Hooker Field) on Saturday July 2. Sign up sheet coming soon

COT

YHC talked about dealing with disappointment and working to move past it and come out on the other end being stronger. Related it to my son (F3 Zion) who was supposed to get major hip surgery next Wednesday but due to contracting COVID is now delayed until later in the summer. This means it will eat into his basketball season and the start of school will be rougher than anticipated (he will be non-weight bearing on crutches). But, he is a strong kid and is resilient so will come out better.
