A few weeks ago, Covid showed up at my house and I missed my assigned Q (thanks again Coxswain for covering for me). This week it was someone else’s turn for a covid visit. So YHC took the Q.
The virus is still out there. To help us to remember to socially distance, 6 PAX found a personal spot marked with a cone. Each spot had an individual copy of a workout plan for the morning (they were all the same).
The workout included a goal of six rounds:
Burpee, Squat, LBC, Carolina Dry Docks, Lunges, Merkin, Heals to Heaven
Run a lap
Sumo Squat, Plank (count to 30- just one rep per round), Ukrainian Hammer, Shoulder tap Merkin, Burpee
Run a lap
Round 1 x 10 Reps
Round 2 x 15 Reps
Round 3 x 20 Reps
Round 4 x 15 Reps
Round 5 x 10 Reps
Round 6 x 20 Reps
It’s been several weeks since I have posted due to Covid restrictions and it was great to be back out.
The rain held off but the humidity was thick this morning.
COT: There are several convergences this weekend- be sure to check slack before heading out for a workout that might not be where you left it last week.
