For the third Q of No Repeats in 2024, we focused on shoulder/chest and legs.
3 PAX and YHC went out for a nice fellowship mosey for EC.
We were joined by 9 other PAX and jumped right into warmarama:
Side Shuffle Hop (20 IC), Hillbillies (10 IC), Chinooks (10 IC), Seal Claps (10 IC), Slow Squat (10 tempo), Minute Merkin
Next up was a circuit, which adheres to the no repeats, because that's only applicable to each unique workout.
For circuit one, we moseyed to the grass field in front of the school for the following:

20 Mountain Climbers

1 minute rest, 4 rounds
We then moved to the entrace area for the following:
20 Side Shuffle Hop
20 Pop Squats
20 Windmills
10 Squat Thrusters
30 seconds rest, 4 rounds
Mary followed with 2 rounds of the following:
10 alternating superman plank reach outs
10 alternating reach thrus (from plank to pike, reach right arm to left foot, repeat)
10 alternating toe taps (mountain climber, but bring right arm down to left foot as left knee drives up)
20 alternating seated heel touches (seated, legs out, slight lean back)
