– Lizard Walk

-Thoracic Twist

– Faceup plank with hands beside ears and pushing up.
-Hanging – 3 sets of almost 60 seconds
-Low butts to the ground squats – arm's straight out and moving left to right
-Jump Squat Twists (180 degrees)
– Asian Sumo Squats – Arms straight out, head up

-Reverse Situp
– Left Right Hammer
-Outlaw Mary
-Merkins – Stagger Left, Stagger Right

-Balance – 1 leg
-Tree Pose

COT – woke up at 3:00am causing me to wonder why as I set my mental programing to wake 2 minutes before my alarm. Caused me to ask "why? What did I do to cause this?" Which led to a stream of consciousness reflecting on earlier decades of business, work, friends, marriage, finances, and children. Asking myself "why did that happen? what were my actions? Was it me or fate? Can I do that again? Or, not do it again.
