Pretty typical Owl Theory Warm up: side shuffles, the sideways one I still can't remember the name of, LBACs, Mountain Climbers of varying speed, OYO stretching, etc.
ME: A mosey with varying bursts of effort ranging from 70% to 95% pace (where the basic mosey is close to 40% or so? didn't really specify but we kept the slow parts slow). Took breaks every quarter mile or so for various workouts (squats (sometimes "and a half"), inverted rows, spicy dips). Some of the running was backward up Infinity Hill, and that hill really does deceive you when you look up at it. Was about to get to some Dora-style pacing when Bell's gently reminded me we were running out of time, so we scurried back to startex for about 98 seconds of LBC until 6:15:00am.
