MAIN EVENT
Safari with each of 6 sections of the length of the parking lot assigned an animal related mode of travel in order:
Bear Crawl
Bunny Hop
Crab Walk – modified to Lunges after we discussed how Crab Walk is a terrible exercise that hurts more than it helps
Gorilla Walk
Traveling Burbees – yes, not an animal, I know.
Idea was travel to end of first section via Bear Crawl, do 5 Hand Release Merkins then travel back by Bear Crawl to baseline and do 5 Jump Squats.
Then travel back through the first section doing Bear Crawl and switch at next section to Bunny Hop and at end of second section, 5 Hand Release Merkins followed by return via Bunny Hop then Bear Crawl once in bear territory. And so on. There was a lot of grunting.
Next everyone found a parking spot and did a set of exercises inspired by my Tick Tock/Instagram hero, Das Trainingslager then ran to opposite parking spot and repeated before returning back to start. Some were keepers, some were not.
MARY
Das Trainingslager evil ab work-outs then return the familiar with Freddie Mercuries x 25 IC.
COT
Spontaneity and preparedness were themes as was gratefulness for camaraderie and support.
