Lap Lane and I crushed a great workout on a cool April morning.

The Thang
Started with a circuit:
1 minute rest, 3 rounds
10 alt squat to kick out
5 walk outs (inch worm)
10 mike tysons
10 burpees

Grab a block. Get into plank with feet on an upright block. Take left foot off and touch the ground. Return back on block, then repeat with the right. Repeat 10 times.

Grab a second block. Farmers carry (palms back) over to the side walk and stop at the light before the break in the sidewalk. Perform 10 blockees. Leave one block, and continue walking to the picnic tables with remaining block in an overhead carry. Leave block and mosey to the back side of the school for people's chair. Mosey back, pick up block and overhead carry back to the first block. 10 more blockees, and then farmers carry (palms forward) back to start. Return all the blocks.

20 alternating toe reaches
