A provocative pre-blast by Crash Cart crated a Slack Battle over which PAX had the optimal hydration. This inspired YHC to do a water themed workout

WARMUP:
SSH IC x 20
Slow Squat IT x 10
Windmill IC x 10

HB IC x 10

Arm circles (forward/backward & big/little) IC x 10
Manafort good mornings IT x 6
Mountain climbers IC x 10

THE THANG:
Mosey to the steel pile and each PAX picked up their water cooler

Carry the water coolers to the parking lot & set down.
Each PAX carried their water one at time to set up on the far bench and called for the other PAX to complete an exercise – merkins, bobby hurleys, burpees, etc.

Then the PAX lined up as on offensive line
LT – squat jump
LG – squat press
C – lunge
RG – squat press
RT – squat jump

While the other PAX ran to the bench and grabbed their water cooler for a 5 squat presses and then rotated through

At halftime the PAX then went and carried their water and went to the locker room for some

The PAX carried the water coolers back to the field for the second half –
Then the PAX lined up as an offensive line
LT – monkey humpers
LG – burpees
C – squat
RG – burpees
RT – monkey humpers

While the other PAX ran to the bench and grabbed their water cooler for a 5 overhead presses and then rotated through.

At the end of the game, the team formed a circle at mid-field and each PAX took turns calling out an ab exercise while they went and grabbed their cooler, carried it to the circle, gave each PAX a cooler bath (mock dumping the water from the cooler), then placed the cooler in the middle.

We returned our coolers to the storage and moseyed to startex
