A tribute to the PAX as this marked 364 days since I joined F3. Nearly one year ago 2ply brought YHC to The Falcon for a well deserved beat down. Hook, line, and sinker. "I get to wake up really early and get my tail whupped several days a week? Count me in!" YHC felt welcome from day one and for that, gratitude.

The Thang
Mosey to the traffic circle, more praise of the PAX for YHC's year in F3 memorialized with one burpee for each month – 12 burpees OYO.
Mosey to the top parking lot for the ME.
Awaiting the PAX were three cones set up with a dodecahedron die each with 12 exercises printed on it along with a pair of dice. Two sets of cones set up roughly 40 yards apart. Blocks and Bleachers at the far end.

A quick and confusion explanation of the "rules", although it only took a moment to get the hang of it once going. Pair up with a Pax who would like a similar amount of exertion for the workout. Roll exercise die, roll dice. Identify the exercise on the dodecahedron and number on the dice. Each team pair begins – shoot best two of three rocks, paper, scissors. Both will do the exercise but the "winning team" does the number of reps rolled and the "losing team" does double the number of reps rolled. Side bets are highly encouraged. This is where we saw crawl bears, backwards runs, lunge walks, etc pop up for added comfort. Both teams run from the first set of cones to the second and enter the exercise area. When completed reps have been registered then sprint back to the original cones. Rinse and Repeat. 2ply's team was the big winner by losing every rock, paper, scissors challenge thereby gaining the maximum numbers of reps and extra side bet spoils. When time was called and sufficient beatings had occurred we again traveled to the traffic circle. What we do coming out we must doing coming back so one burpee for each month – 12 burpees OYO. The PAX was especially excited for this closing exercise.
Mosey back to startex for Mary.

Mary:
Not a lot of time left so we jumped right into Asheville abs. After successfully scaling the mountain we moved to plank position for a Merkin ring of fire. Ta-Da.

Annoucements, Prayer Requests, Name-a-rama (which YHC almost forgot)
Please keep all our Pax in your prayers but especially the families of Yurt, Grandpa Ninja, and Crash Cart.

Naked-man Moleskin:
Joking aside, the Pax have meant the world to me over the last year. My mental and physical health were undeniably improved from day one. Daily gratitude to the men of F3 Churham and the F3 groups in my travels over the last year – Asheville, Wilmington, Burlington, Emerald Isle, Topsail, etc Looking forward to checking in on F3 Chicago in a few weeks. AYE!
