YHC is just getting back out to the gloom after a lengthy time, so was a bit unsure of how the morning would go. Fortunately, the PAX at CJ are very welcoming and forgiving.

Warm up: SSH, Manafort GM, WMH, IW, HB, ACs, OC, MP, MC, PP, and PP.

The Thang 1: PAX moseyed around the school to the student parking lot and bear crawled up the beginning part of the hill.

The Thang2: Group Work on the hill
PAX had counted off at the AO into 5 groups of 4. PAX got into their groups. Each group, working at a minimum in pairs, had to perform 4 runs up to the top of the hill to the guardhouse (and back) and 400 merkins in total. Groups could divide the work up as they saw fit, but had to stay at least in pairs. Next the groups had to do 6 runs and 600 squats. Last the groups had to do 7 runs and 700 LBCs.
