Brotox’s suggestion during last week’s COT to look at Qs of the past jived with a desire I’ve had to pull out workouts from OG’s that I haven’t met or seen recently. So I went looking for a workout and ultimately, I picked this workout from Zook even though he posts everyday for a few reasons. One, because it had a lot of Bernie, which Marky Mark had inspired me to try. Second, because I wanted to honor Zook. Not only since he’s the Site Q, but because when I first started coming regularly, he was one of the guys that made a point to always say hi to me. Working out with a bunch of dudes that have been hanging out for years can be intimidating and it can be difficult to break in, whether we want to hear that or not, but he was always purposefully welcoming. And though he didn’t know it, that’s exactly what I needed at that point in my day and it was just what I needed to keep coming back. Aye!
