Before there was Batman or Superman, the world had The Phantom. The Phantom was the first superhero in comics and was first created on Feb 17, 1936.
In respect of the comic, the Q was focused on a Phantom inspired workout.
Warm-up: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Squats, Merkins, etc.
Mosey to parking lot. Team up into teams of three. One pax picks up a spam ball (aka cannon ball). Run to Farmer’s Market as a team switching off ball carrier.
Round robin workouts – pax switch between three movements, timer is the pax that is in motion.
Round 1 and 2: slam balls, step-ups, run around courtyard.
Round 3 and 4: rotating slam balls, lunges, bear crawl down and back.
Round 5 and 6: slam ball WWIIs, merkins/squats, crabwalk down and backwards run back.
Round 7 and 8: team sit-up ball throws, timer is air thrusters.
Run back with slam balls to the parking lot.
Stop at bike path. Each team must bear crawl and push the ball to the end. Switch pax every lamppost then pax runs back to do three burpees
Finish with Mary.
