Inspired by a workout I did with my 2.0s earlier in the week, I looked for available Q opportunities and what-do-ya-know the ever-present opening at the local Skunk was calling my name. Here is a rundown of what took place…

WARM
SSH 20x cc
Michael Phelps 10x cc
Overhead press 10x cc
Seal claps 10x cc
Arm circles (forward then backward) 10x cc
Imperial squats 10x cc
Willie Maze Haze 10x tempo

THE THANG
A progressive workout consisting of four rounds of five exercises and a run between each round. With each round we increased the difficulty of the individual exercises. Each exercise we perform AMRAP for one-minute each.
Round 1: merkins, squats, SSH, LBC, plank hold
Run ~100 yards at 1/4 speed (AKA slow jog)
Round 2: one-legged merkins, stutter squats, Muzungu shuffle, scissor kicks, sassy planks
Run ~100 yards at 1/2 speed
Round 3: staggered grip merkins, sit squats, squat jacks, v-hold, backwards planks
Run ~100 yards at 3/4 speed
Round 4: spider-man merkins, jump squats, smurf jacks, boxer crunches, low plank hold
Run ~100 yards at full speed (AKA sprint)
