THE THANG
We partnered up and moseyed to the steel, getting one set of steel per pair.

The PAX with the steel carried it overhead to the next parking line and then did at least 10 Curls until their partner was done with his reps. The other partner Bear Crawled to the line and did at least 5 Merkins until his partner was done. Then the PAX switched and moved to the next line until we got across the first parking lot.

To go the remainder of the way, one PAX walked while doing Curls with the steel. The other PAX ran to a mid-point and did as many Carolina Dry Docks as they could until their partner arrived. Then they switched and did the same thing to the top of the gravel path behind the church.

We went down the gravel path, carrying lanterns, which we set out at various locations. Here we did a Dora. The mode of travel was to run to the American Tobacco Trial and Box Jump back up the steps and run back to the top of where the path forks. The exercises in the Dora were as follows and could be broken up and done in any order:

• Overhead Press with steel x100
• Squat with steel x200
• LBCs x300

We headed to the wall by the playground. To get there, one PAX carried the steel overhead while his partner ran forward two streetlights and then back. Wherever they met, they switched places, until we got to the wall.

At the wall, the PAX with the steel did 10 Bent Over Rows in cadence while his partner did 10 Dips in cadence. Then they switched places. Repeated for 3 full sets.

COT
Our thoughts are with one PAX, whose father had to go to the ER this week because of worsening COVID symptoms. Fortunately, he is stable now and did not need to be admitted.
