WARM UP
SSH x 25 IC, Imperial Walker X 15 IC, Michael Phelps x 15 IC, Mt Cimbers x 20 IC, Homer to Marge x 20 IC, Merkles (tap alternating ankles while in downward dog position) x 15 IC, SSH x 20 IC

MAIN EVENT
Line up along far end of the parking lot for series of suicides.
Run to first island and do specified exercise (e.g. burpees), run back to start and do the same exercise.
Then run to second island and do the exercise, run back to start and do the same exercise.
Lastly, run to third island and do the exercise, run back to start and do the same exercise.
Plank until all are done.

The exercises were:
5 Burpees
10 Hand Release Merkins
15 Tuck Jumps
20 Squats

Next, head over to the other half of the parking lot. Line up and pair up for Wheelbarrow from first island to the third, switch roles half way. Winners choose exercise that we do 20 of and mode of travel back.
Round 1 went to Slugg and Yo-Yo. Peter Parkers and Lunge Walk
Round 2 went to Slugg and Pumpkin. Something plus Tin Soldier
Round 3 went to Igloo and YHC. Shoulder Taps IC and Traveling Burpees midway then run.
