In a brazen act of insider wheeling and dealing with the site Q, YHC took the Q today and celebrated my 2 year F3versary at the AO where it all began – The Friendliest.  Although YHC usually likes to pepper some trivia into the workout, today was all about paying tribute to the PAX who have inspired me over the past two years.
