WARMARAMA: YHC has been beating and beating the F3 Mission and Core Principles into our Circle City PAX during our warmup through extended elevated arm holds and various shoulder exercises between attempts. Penalty burpees are also issued when PAX suggest/guess the mission statement contains the words ‘seed’ or ‘cultivate’ and when PAX guess that one of the core principles contains ‘friendly’. We will get there! There are several that have it on lock – Proud of you!

THANG 1
A mosey to the YMCA parking stopping at each intersection to shoot dice and perform a set of exercises before moseying to next block and repeating. 8 sided die defines the exercise, 12 sided die defines the reps.

Dice Exercise
1. Burpees
2. Merkins
3. Mountain Climbers
4. Lunges
5. Monkey Humpers
6. Squat Jumps
7. LBC
8. Flutter Kicks

THANG 2 –
4 Corners – PAX begin at 1st Corner with 7 burpees, mosey to corner 2 and perform 7 burpees, mosey to corner 3 and perform 7 burpees and corner 4 and perform 7 burpees. Back to corner 1 where the exercise was changed to 14 merkins (repeat at all corners) – led by Cucumber
Back to corner 1 – exercise 21 Lunges (IC) – led by Sonic Craut
Back to corner 1 -exercise 14 Monkey Humpers – led by Imposter
Back to corner 1 – exercise 7 Squats (SC) – led by Siesta

Time to return to the AO with a final dice role by Freon who landed the lucky role of 12 burpees! Winner, winner, chicken dinner!

Back to the AO for a dice led round of Mary – each PAX rolled the 12 sided die and picked a Mary exercise.
