Gotta love site birthdays. Rebar lead the Jag's 1st workout as it's original siteQ on Jan 2nd, 2018 and was back for more today! Previous siteQ Catskill was on board as well as YHC was announcing a coQ this morning. PAX had many guesses but most all of them predicted Huckleberry, they were right. Would appear it was a good choice!

After six moseyed back to the AO from doing pull up and bar work, 16 circled up for warmup. Four teams of four was perfect for the ME! It was a warm 27 degrees so needed to keep PAX moving so right into it:

WARMUP
SSH x 20 IC
WMH x 10 IC
LBAC x 10 IC
Reverse x 10 IC
Windmills x 10 IC (Green Acres came busting in his minivan to make 17 PAX)
OYO x 30sec

Pyramid
Burpees x 5
Imperial Squat Walker x 10 IC
HR Merkins with alt shoulder tap x 15 IC (began this as an 8C but after 5, PAX did last 10 oyo)
Bobby Hurleys x 20 IC (began IC but think YHC made it calling 7 before changed it to oyo again)
Back down pyramid to burpees x 5

Broke PAX into four teams: Team Rebar (team of 5), Team Catskill, Team YHC, & Team (New Site CoQ) Huckleberry

Each team had two blocks and performed competitions of:

1) Blockees x 75 total (two PAX doing blockees to form failure, others doing prisoner squats, flap jack)
Team Huckleberry took the first competition finishing 75 blockees somehow as other three teams were still on 50!? Fast blockees or terrible counting?

2) One PAX Farmer's Carry towards other side of the school while team completes total of 30 HR Merkins with taps but only one PAX at a time, others low squat hold until PAX reach form failure. Once 30 as a team is completed, team AYG to PAX doing Farmer's Carry. Another PAX begins carry and team completes HR Merkins. YHC quickly changed count to 25 and then to 20 until all PAX have carried once. Think Team Huckleberry took this one as well.

3) Same as 2 but now Bobby Hurleys x 20 as a team while others perform mountain climbers. Farmer's carry was back to AO where Nighthawk claimed Team HGB was victorious. Rolled with it.

4) Blocks were done. Teams lined up along side of parking lot for bear crawl competition. PAX 1 for each team bear crawled to shovel flag (~25yds), performed 5 burpees, BC back. When beginning burpees, PAX could begin BC. Teams went until 12 down & backs. Team Rebar brought this one home.
