After five years of F3, I humbly submit my first backblast. Proof positive that I want to be a good company guy, even if it took me half a decade and a New Year's Day Q to get there.

Adolphus and I shared the Q responsibilities, kicking off a January of co-Q led efforts. He took the first half and me the second.

In Qing a workout, I think about the efforts that I've enjoyed the most and try to replicate the elements that made it great. There's good energy and pax are encouraging each other, and by my thinking what brings that out most genuinely is that guys are being required to really put out. That can be different for each of us but I think it FEELS the same to everyone – eventually, you find yourself looking up and down the line or around the circle with hopes that you can catch someone's glance with an acknowledgement of 'Damn, this sh*t is getting hard.' Then you make that connection and you're joined together in getting through it. And when lots of guys are making that connection and enjoying the good feelings that come with it, all the better.

So, after Dolph warmed us up, held us in place with some bodyweight work, and allowed us to stretch it out with some Usain Bolts, I took ever and we did a round of 30 seconds bear crawl straight into 30 seconds 'recovery' during which 10 jump squats were required, the remainder of that 30 seconds being recovery, x10. A set of paired burpees followed.
