The PAX started with Fellowship jog to traffic circle.

30 SSH, Arm Cirlces Forward & Reverse, Emperial Walkers then Good Morning & WMH stretching.
The Thang:
The PAX began with Fellowship Bear Crawl to park entrance. Once arrived switched over to Crab Walk towards the out building. After quick recovery, YHC shined head lamp into rock culvert. Told each PAX member to pick Biggest Baddest Rock but don’t pick it up! Then to pick up normal size rock next to your Biggest Baddest Rock to continue. As we soon found out some PAX followed instructions & some selected Unforgiving size Coupons.
Next the PAX hoisted their coupon above their head & made way to corner of soccer field. Here we dropped coupons in circle, then YHC selected 1 member to pick a # from 1-9. Then the PAX rotated clockwise around circle that #, then picked up their new Coupon. First corner PAX performed 40 curls together. Then PAX Walked Lunge length of field to next corner.
Dropped our coupons in next circle for quick rest, then new # selected, rotate clockwise for to pick up new coupon. Here the PAX performed 30 curls, then Duck Walk end of field.
Dropped our coupons in next circle for quick rest, then new # selected, rotate clockwise for to pick up new coupon. Here the PAX performed 20 curls, then Lunge Walk length of field.
Dropped our coupons in next circle for quick rest, then new # selected, rotate clockwise for to pick up new coupon. Here the PAX performed 10 curls, then Duck Walk final end of field.
PAX then retuned coupons into culvert. After the PAX lined up for modified Ricky Bobby, with last man doing burpee before sprinting to front. The group slowly made their way to pedestrian bridge. Once they arrived PAX lined up for Tunnel of Love over bridge, while each member Inch Wormed until group crossed the bridge.
Mary:
Short on time YHC modified Mary for 50 cadence count Flutter Kicks.
