1/30/17 and 2/6/17 were the dates of The Eagle AO soft launch and hard launch, respectively.  Thanks to all the PAX who have posted or Q’d the site as you are the reason for its success.  Contact YHC or Beano if you want to help us keep the torch lit as a Site Q.  2018 promises to be a good year to lead!  Four PAX posted The Eagle for an EC ruck where we double-timed some hills (0500).  Six additional PAX arrived just in time for the Main Event (0530).

The Thang

PAX moseyed with coupons to the painted eagle on the north side of the school.  We dropped the coupons on the eagle and snuggled up to the nearby wall.

We knocked out 25 Dips IC and 25 Box Jumps.  Repeat.  Repeat again.

Next, we circled up around the painted eagle for 100 Merkins delivered in the form of a pyramid.  We then picked up the coupons and travelled clockwise on the roads until we arrived at Integrity Hill adjacent to the speed limit sign.

There we crushed Seven Double-Merkin Burpees at the top, ran down the hill for One Two-Hand-Touch Squat-Tuck-Jump.  We finished the Jacob’s Ladder by cycling through 6&2 reps, 5&3 reps, and so on.  Deep Dish, RESPECT, dominated this series.  PAX attempted overhead holds with metal until everyone finished the ladder.

From here, we traveled with coupons.  The distance was a bit longer as we moseyed to Playground #2 for circuit work.

We banged out two full cycles of the following:

• Farmers Carry across the field and back (the timer)
• Air Squats
• Pullups to 10 Reps, Hold Up, then Dead Hang until time to rotate
• Swerkins

We collected our coupons, and moseyed back to the SV for Mary.
