Unfortunately, Taco Tuesday didn’t involve any actual tacos, but we did get a good serving of Ciabatta (aka Tabata).  And Taco Tuesday just sounds cooler than Tabata Tuesday anyway.

  • Imperial Walkers
  • Overhead/Seal Clap combo
  • Frankensteins
  • Leg & Chest Stretches
  • Pax Choice

 

Main Event

Tabata Circuits

Upper Body Station on one end of the parking lot, Lower Body Station on the opposite end of the parking lot.  Starting at Upper Body Station, perform specified exercise AMRAP for 30 seconds.  Run to other Station (about 50 yards).  Perform specified exercise AMRAP for 30 seconds.  Run back to Upper Body Station.  Repeat until cycle of 4 Upper Body and 4 Lower Body exercises performed (see below).  Performed entire cycle four times, I think.

Sequence of Exercises

Upper Body:

  • Merkins
  • Wide Merkins
  • Hand-Release Merkins
  • Great American Hero Pulls

Lower Body:

  • Jump Squats
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Peter Parkers
  • Burpees

 

Del Browns

10 x Merkins.  Crab Walk across half the parking lot (25 yards or so).  Another 10 x Merkins.  Crab Walk back.  Another 10 x Merkins.

 

Mary:

  • LBCs
  • Flutterkicks
  • Boat/Canoe
