We trotted off westbound and found 5 stop signs that we stopped at and did 10 burpees at each one.

Made it to our playground for the morning which is an old police obstacle course. We started with some sprints and partner drags. After catching our breath we took turns climbing stairs while everyone else held a plank. Then we did 3 tunnel crawls out and back with merkins and sit ups on one end and ssh, squats, and flutter kicks on the other.

We were running short on time so we hussled back to Page Vernon Park running all the stop signs that were instructing us to do more burpees.

Thanks for coming out to my first q. I know it’s much easier to stay in bed than to come out here in the humid weather. I was initially nervous when I signed up to q but as I tried to plan it I knew that I had some good pax that I could lean on if I needed help which I used today because I was losing track of time.
