This is one of the oldest of all presentation techniques – known about since the time of Aristotle.

People tend to remember lists of three things.  Structure your presentation (workout) around threes and it will become more memorable.  This morning the PAX at Rameses stayed true to this concept.

WARM UP – Aerobics (to Prodigy Techno) – SSH, Single-leg Toe Taps, Single-leg Lateral Taps, Squats, Merkins, Arm Circles, SSH, Single-leg Toe Taps

THE THANG – Metal, Animal, Run

Round 1

  • Racked (front hold) Metal Carry full length of THWM
  • Bear Crawl length of parking lot
  • Run up hill to OEC Entrance and back to metal

Round 2

  • Racked (front hold) Metal Carry half of THWM and Overhead Extension Metal Carry other half
  • Crab Walk length of parking lot
  • Run up hill to OEC Entrance and back to metal

Round 3

  • Unilateral Farmer’s Carry (right arm) half of THWM and Unilateral Farmer’s Carry (left arm) other half
  • Bunny Hop length of parking lot
  • Run up hill to OEC Entrance and back to metal

MARY/STRETCH – Peter Parker Peters, Single-leg Stretch (both sides), LBCs, Hip Flexor Single-Arm Stretch (both sides)
