The Message:
Stepped out of my comfort zone to start F3 and the benefits have been tremendous, not only physically but mentally and emotionally. Has provided me with increased confidence in the office. Challenge everyone to step out of their comfort zone, as the benefits typically outweigh any potential negative, and if that’s the not the case, then will only make you stronger. Thank you for the opportunity to lead you all today.
